With over 17 years as Director of Maintenance & Accountable Manager for Part 145 Repair Stations, I've overseen large teams of maintenance professionals, managing substantial budgets and ensuring adherence to rigorous regulatory standards. Noteworthy achievements include authoring and revising critical manuals, implementing repair station metrics to make informed decisions, and pioneering innovative programs to enhance aircraft availability and technician training.
My dedication to excellence extends beyond professional realms, as evidenced by my commendable service with the United States Coast Guard during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Throughout my tenure, I've earned recognition for my leadership and expertise, demonstrating unwavering commitment to duty and mission success.
